This is a fuchsia blouse from the 90’s. Please see color swatch photo—the color is mostly like this one. It has shoulder padding and unique accordion folds to cover up the blouse’s buttons (will have to be ironed down). It features a hidden loop and button which, when fastened, creates a very unique collar. I’m only giving this up because I am cool toned.
