The lighting mechanisms all work great, there are no cracks at all from inspecting both of the blow molds. Has a lot of the paint going off because of the age. The item was not cleaned in fear of potentially taking off more of the paint. Comes with both the Santa on sleigh and the reindeer on the metal stand so that it looks like it is guiding Santa throughout the night. The Santa is about 36” in length by 40” in height by 14” in width. The reindeer is about 31” in height without the horns by 6” in width by about 28” in length.
